I send them all what they asked, including the BFG model number (BFGE98512GTOCPE) from the box, but they say: “We are currently unable to approve your rebate for the reason listed below. We did not receive an original Model/Part# Label with your request.”. In the PDF doc they do not mention anything like this. I send them 2 messages for nothing, no answer and December 1st is the deadline… :((

So what can I do?
Hi Ramon, at this point, I’d probably recommend contacting BFG using the contact info in the link above. The Rebate house in question has gone under and rebate checks are bouncing. Better to contact BFG directly to have them fix your rebate instead of going through the now defunct rebate house.
